The Parent-Teacher Fellowship (PTF) at Lee Christian meet once every quarter. The PTF's role is to offer support to our teachers and also act as a liason between teachers and parents.

PTF Minutes 9/21/09 Meeting

Lee Christian School Thrift Store

Our school thrift store is located at 107 Raleigh Street in the Kendale Area. Hours are 9-2 Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Volunteers are needed for sorting and organizing donations. Small household items, decorations and furniture are always needed at the Thrift Store. Contact Pam Smith for more information.

The PTF is responsible for several different fund-raising efforts. With the help of all families we can raise enough money to reach our goals. Each year the money that is raised is used to support the school in different ways.

Clip & Save
Box Tops can be found on over hundreds of different items that you may already be purchasing. All you need to do is start clipping them off the package and send them in to the school with your children! For every box top that you send in, the school raises .10 cent. And, it can add up quickly if we all take part! Last year we earned over $2000.00 from our Box Top collection efforts! Take the challenge and lets reach our 2008-2009 goal....let's try to raise $4000.00! We can if we all start clipping box tops today. Now you can shop online at your favorite stores through the Box Tops Marketplace and our school earns cash on every qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you! If you are an online shopper, check out the complete list of participating retailers and start shopping!

How it works: 1. Start your online shopping at the Box Tops Marketplace by clicking the "shop now" button next to the store you would like to shop at. 2. Select the items you would like to purchase, as you normally do, and follow their standard checkout process. 3. A percentage of qualifying purchases will be automatically credited to your school. Target Visa: A percentage of purchases made on this card come back to the school. Our school has earned over $900.00 in the past just from this! Foo Lion MVP Card
A percentage of purchases made come back to our school. Our school has been signed up and all you need to do is register your MVP card! Follow these simple steps: 1. Go to www.foodlion.com 2. Click on Food Lion Corporate tab 3. Click on Community Involvement 4. Click on Register MVP cards. Follow directions from there. If this doesn't work, you can call 704-633-8250 x. 3810 and have them do it for you over the phone.
